anyone know if ill be able to pick these up at my local tesco express or if i need to go to a bigger store?

I don't recall seeing them at my local Tesco Express(It's quite small, even for the Express ones), but definitely at the larger supermarkets near me. Also recently the corner shop across the road. I've not yet managed to figure out how much they cost as almost nothing is priced in that shop, but if they're not more than about £1.30 I'll probably buy them all and save myself a 10 minute walk carrying water :D

This reminds me, Asda are (were?) selling 5L bottles of water on offer at 50p - bargain! I forget the name of the brand though sorry!

I've only seen them in the larger tescos, but it all depends on demand. What I don't understand is why the six-pack of 2 litre Ashbeck bottles is cheaper per litre than the 5 litre bottle!

Tescos also sell an even cheaper water, called clear view (I think) at 25 pence for 2 litres. It's fine for brewing, but the even though the ph tested at under 3 when mixed with Star San, using paper test strips, it goes cloudy, so not sure if it would be ok to use for sanitising.
