Ha you think you have a yeast starter 2 1/4 lbs of the stuff

freshly skimmed yeast

rolling boil

fruit fly catcher

goldings on the right challenger on the left fuggles at the back 5kg each :twisted:

we are a brew pub so the c ask never leave the premises we own e-casks but yes sharps in the middle maybe a fullers aswell :lol:

.... But the casks should leave the premises - they should be available to be picked up by the breweries that own them.

Brdigetown bitter a nice 4.2% ale with alot of hoppy aroma
