Hi guys, please don't chastise me as it wasn't totally my fault.

I had a chance at a short term transfer from one work location to a far more glamorous one. The problem is that it has meant I never managed to bottle a kit brew which has been sitting in its FV since December.

Seeing as its been in there for 4 months now should I just chuck it, it doesn't smell off but I realise its been sitting on old yeast.

What you reckon?

If it tastes like beer then it is beer. The only problem you may have is that there may be little yeast left in suspension so may cause problems carbing up. You could add a teaspon of the yeast cake to it when you transfere it to a secondary for bottling and give it a good mix. :thumb:

Thank you both for the help. This site is unbelieveable! Now I'm home I think I'll be back on here regularly.

Just popped a bottle to see how it turned out and it's spot on. Perfect fizz, nice head and tasty.

Mate I'm drinking bottles of beer I made 2-3 years ago, if it tastes good drink it :)
Have you got a y pictures of this zombie brew?
