yesterday i did a muntons mild with some tweaks (you can see it in another thread), and thursday i will brew my second extract beer, this one with some speciality grains. i m trying to get some stock for may, because its my birthday and its my vilage's fest (its a party tipical in Portugal, that every vilage, town, city, has once a year, in vilages its even more funny, because everyone from there that lives in another towns, cities, countries, comes on that weekend and the vilage increases the population 5 times more during 5 days :thumb: and, like all portuguese families, mine is big too :) ) so i think i will need a good stock for those days.

Hi Rui , i'm also a may baby :) sounds like a great party your village enjoys .
I would up the crystal to 200/300g ( more towards 200g ) otherwise you might not notice it .
I would think it's more a pale ale maybe as the ibu is too low for an IPA .
Hope it goes well :thumb:
