OK so my curiosity has been peaked by this fermenter and oxygen free brewing. Having just invested in corny kegs I am now seriously on the way to pushing the button and ordering one but would like to gauge opinion on a couple of points. So is oxygen free brewing really the dogs nuts and the max volume is said to be 22L has anybody done more in it? All my fermentation is done in a fridge so the fact it is clear is not an issue. I know they do a much larger one but that is too big. If I could get 23.5 L into it without over flow I would be happier. So I could do my normal batch size and dump trub, harvest yeast and take gravity samples and still get 22L out?

Interesting I looked at that but was worries about the wieght of the vessel with the wort but then remember I can pump the wort into the vessel while it is in the fridge and then will be transferring under pressure from the fridge... it would certainly work. The yeast collection is no big deal after transfer. It gives me the volume and also the oxygen free and pressure transfer and will fit into both my fridges while 50€ less costly. You have turned me around just in time 😁

I've got the 27L Fermzilla Gen 3.2 Tri-Conical. I love it. I bought it primarily to brew lagers under pressure and be able to do oxygen free transfers to my kegs. It's too big for my fridge, hence the pressure fermentation - no need for temp control, which frees up my fridge for dispensing.

I've had a few ruined batches of lagers/pilsners due to oxygen ingress while transferring from my plastic bucket to kegs and bottles. Not now. Enjoy your new toy! 😁
