How's about a (Swiss) THBF Army Pint Pot:

Feck test frame as previously suggested.

Pint mark
500g (or however much a pint of grain is) mark
Same for hops in 10g increments
ml scale for water/CRS/etc
and a suggested ml of water per satchet of yeast mark.

This way you could use it throughout the process.

One pot shop as it were.
