Ok, so I like to make lager. Takes a while but o enjoy it.

I’m still really new to brewing in general so don’t really have a handle on everything and bright tanks are new to me.

I’m in the process of designing my new setup, but I think I can change my fermentation setup immediately.

being as lager takes so long, I am considering 2 fermenters. The SS brew bucket fits neatly under my bench, which means I can also put one on the bench.

this seems ideal, but reading up on what a bright tank does it seems this would be a good addition and perhaps it’s worth me having one instead of the second fermenter, and work on a decent cycle of fermenting and conditioning/carbing.

I generally keg from fermenter, but I will also be bottling going forward and want this to be as easy as possible.

so....thoughts? I think a unitank is a step too far

I am not sure what you would gain between a brite tank and a keg? Maybe just keg and then bottle from the keg with a brew gun if you need the keg for another batch? I think an extra keg or two would be much less costly.

Buy 2 pressure fermenter such as fermentasaurus and spunding valve. Will speed up your lager making if you go kveik and pressure, then drop yeast and cold crash then keg or bottle.

I’ve just sold my fermentasaurus I’m moving to all stainless as I want to remove the need for fridges (going to go for maxi coolers and heat pads) but ok cool. 2 fermenters, More kegs and bottle from keg awesome

I just bought another fermentasaurus got a bargain with the pressure kit and 3 bottles hardly used for 25 pounds equivalent.
I'm doing quite a few kveik brews so just hide the FS in a sleeping bag and then add hot bottles of water to keep temp up. THen when ferment over undress it cools and drops bright and then keg it.
Given me some more capacity.
We're heading to winter here so although 16 daytime its about 6 at night so good for a soft crash in the brew shed/cellar when I move the FS there.
