1st homebrew day

My first brew is now all wrapped and snuggly at 20c.
Used Wilko's Newkie kit.
Let's see how it goes. :whistle:

Yer defo I'm doing a Christmas wilko stout with 500g extra dark spray malt and 500g of enhancer and 1/4 tin of dark treacle

Now bottled the last remaining bit of my first brew - Newkie Brown. Really impressed with the first set of bottles. I had one flat one (seal?) but the rest were good. Even had the confidence to let friends and colleagues try. Hope the turbo fruity cider will be ok for Christmas. Cheers!
