Hi all
After 3 years I guess it was gonna happen.. It’s a raspberry ale that I pulped 4 bags of frozen raspberries in a saucepan which I brought to the boil. Is it for the drain or can I salvage it ?? It smells really good 😩

You can try to bottle/keg by syphoning below the pellicle. i would start the syphon then shut it off if you have a tap or pinch it and taste it also.
If bottling and priming also try to put them in a crate with a old towel over the top in case they over carb also bottle a couple of plastic ones to see if they are overcarbing

I had this one in 2021. I blamed it on an infection from some dry hopping with cone hops.

I bottled it and it was a bit sour but I enjoyed it. (I quite like sour beers). Some of my pals were less impressed though!
