1st Anniversary

Today marks the 1 Year Anniversary of switching to grain brewing!

In this time I have done 30 brews, all have been nice with the exception of one! AG#10 Portside.

I should have really brewed today to mark to occasion!

If you could jump into a time machine, go back a year, and give yourself some advice, what would it be? I mean, besides different lottery numbers.
