Congratulations 531Man
Wah-hoo and thanks!
That's me!
Much gratitude to all of you who have contributed to my hop-use schedule for the forseeable future.
And of course Ben at KegThat.com for promoting the raffle/oak tree quiz.
I can see me purchasing 'gear' off him later this year.
Now the headache of which hops to choose.
Oh, the lucky problems that need resolving.
Or as they say in business-speak world, "think of them as challenges, not problems".
That's a thought - Wye Challenger hops if they're available, they'll go on the list, especially appropriate as I cycle through Wye on my daily exercise route!
Wah-Hoo!

Nice one! Congratulations 531Man, enjoy 👍

Hi and thanks ChilledGecko.
This is my much-deliberated choice request sent this a.m. to Ben at KegThat.com.
I am intending to have some varietal fun with this lot.
Now I have only got to work on the best style and recipes to showcase them.
Solo or combinations? Oh the choice!
Any good combination suggestions known to work well will be gratefully received!
