Hi. I'm about to sterilise all my beer bottles, and I was wondering do I need to brim them with sterilising solution or is half full and shaken up ok. Can I then use than solution in other bottles. And how full of beer do I fill the bottles my guess would be to the bottom of the necks.

    Rose wine is fermentation complete

So I should leave as it is for a while yet until it reaches the recomended SG. Then transfer it to a sterile container. Stabilise it and leave it to clear. What if after another week I've still got the same SG reading.

    Larger fermentation complete

Hi I have some larger on the go. And I've check the gravity of it the reading I got was 1004, the starting gravity was 1032 that make it about 4.2 abv. To get it to the 5.3 abv the the instruction says it should be I would have to leave it til it was 996. Should I leave it or is it ok to bottle now.
