    This is all good news :thumb: Thanks for the advice. I didn't expect it to be suitable for laying down with the alcohol content. I shall just have to content myself with a quick turnaround from brew to mouth while the next batch is brewing :cheers:

    My first ever homemade sausage

    I love making home made sausages. Plus you don't have to restrict yourself to pork / beef. I make a Thai-style, with chicken, lemon grass, chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander. But you can't beat a classic banger with mash and gravy :cheers: Bon apetit!
