I tasted my wherry after being in the keg for a week and it was absolutely fantastic. I have now tried it again after 4 weeks in the keg and it has gone a bit watery and almost tasteless. What could I have done wrong :hmm:

Freezers are fitted with a low back pressure compressor and won't like running at the higher temps. Will eventually pack in

Well don't forget it's temperature variable. But I have found its nearly pointless taking og readings on kit beers they always have the right amount if fermentable sugars in. And if you don't mix the mixture with the water consistently you will get a very low og reading as the malt extract sinks...

thats normal its just sediment that has settled at the bottom of the bottle. When you pour your beer into a glass try not to disturb the sediment and stop pouring when the sediment nears coming out of the bottle. Happy drinking :cheers:
