    Oops!

    In my ladies brew thread above/below/somewhere around this forum, i stuck the strawberry ribena in at the beginning rather than the end and it's really held onto the strawberry flavour. In fact the smell is very pronounced ;) Loved the vid :)

    first beer brew

    I was a bit ****** off having spent £23 on a muntons two can kit to find there were no instructions inside on how to brew it. Imagine my embarrassment when I found them on the back of the box after sitting there for an hour wandering what I should do :oops:

    This thing has gone off like a bloody jacuzzi :party: I can hear it bubbling in my bedroom :D Quick question to the local Jedi. Can you just rack this off like an ale into a keg and prime it with some sugar and leave it to condition for a month or so?

    Hopefully the first of many. Muntons Imperial Stout.

    Job Done :party: Had to have a taster. Thick, comforting and rich with a tint of liquorice straight out the fermenter :) I'll just have to keep my Hands off it now and let the magic happen. Just pitching the yeast on a muntons Old English Bitter one now. I think I may have the bug :whistle:
