    It arrived!!!

    Oh, joyous day! My copy of BYOBRA arrived today. Very impressed actually - from the UK to Canada (the part that's the farthest from it too!) in three weeks. Now I can have a better understanding of the recipes and brewing styles that all of you are talking about in your posts. :cheers:

    A beer for the summer....

    I think that Perle is a great bittering hop. Just bottled an IPA that I bittered with Perle. Lovely bitteness, but not overpowering. My .02.

    I like Zeus. I used them for am American Amber. They added a nice bitterness - nothing harsh. Flowery is a good descriptor.
