I think you're right, it struggled on mash out. but got this none the less :-) first brew of 2010 done. Aimed for 50L @ 1046, got 55ish @ 1046

Just running tests now whilst deep cleaning my boiler and IC it's got water up to 46c @ 4l per min so far, no leaks yet :-)

Hi All, I bought some out of date 'Rogue' Shakespear Stout & American Amber. Best before seems to be late 2004. It's bottled conditioned and worth the 70p a bottle just for the 650cl bottles IMO. Anyhow, will crack open one of each tonight in the chatroom - should be interesting. :cheers...
