Mine from Brew2Bottle arrive in Milton Keynes depot on 1st April. Brew2Bottle have chased them at least twice but still nothing. They are putting it down as lost and are now annoyingly out of stock so I can't reorder.

If you can't get the heater cable through the drain hole, it may be OK just closing the door on the cable, or worst case trim a little of the door seal away to allow the cable through (reseal it with silicone if you wish).

Or don't use them and just prime/batch prime as per your normal routine. It's a lovely brew by the way.

Wash and rinse immediately after drinking the previous contents, drain until dry, box and cover. On brew day its just a jet with steriliser in the bottle rinser and onto the draining tree, prior to bottling. Bottle still wet if necessary.
