You got the reference for this? I've been trying to get details on the taste perception of invertase for ages and can't find faff all.

I would be reluctant to use the term 'reference' as I might be over egging the source, to be honest, as it's a quote from marketing patter. It's not peer reviewed journal stuff That's why I put 'to quote the marketing stuff'.

It's from here but I suspect the patter is from brupacs originally.
