It's rolled around to my next judging effort, sorry I've not added more to the forum in between. March is to be a freestyle month so looking forward to the entries that weren't quite ready and somethings a little bit different. Pm for address and good luck.

Was very happy with my peco and enjoyed making beer i really enjoyed with "budget" equipment. Unfortunately I burnt a wheat beer onto the element and upgraded to a 40l buffalo (and upgraded the tap). I like the concealed element and the 3 brews to date have gone pretty well.

I am pretty sure it is "meant" to be 60mins from a rolling boil, but bruphlosphy and some brewtubers have done some experiments with it making little to no difference. End of the day it is your beer, if you're happy with the results keep brewing how you're brewing and if you want to experiment...

Did you use any fining agents like irish moss or protfloc tablets? Large dry hops can also leave a haze. As others have said, infected/bad beer is the only beer that doesn't taste good!

Maybe try a tin ipa kit and dry hop that with what you have and maybe something else?
