    you just want some that are 1g not the 0.1g (they are for drug dealers) :) and cost to much anyway. there are millions of different brands and modals, the only advice is as bigger surface area as possible on the scales to hold the size bowl you want

    Dry hopping

    you can do this by adding hops to the fermenter when fermentation has finished, in a secondary fermenter off the yeast is preferable or what I do is add the hops to the barrel. I always find about 1-2 weeks is needed. I love dry hoped beer, highly recommend doing so :thumb:
