Air bubbles staring to slow so now thinking about adding the hop pellets. The kit comes with two packets, do I add both when ready?

Still slowly bubbling and colour changed to a nice dark red.

Slight update. Fermenting well and is a red/brown colour. Lots of sediment showing already, maybe over an inch!

Intrigued by this thread I've completed a pineapple and coconut wine. I'm a beginner so I kept it really simple. 2l Tesco pineapple juice and 1l of coconut water, small bag of sugar, pectolase, yeast and nutrient. Turned out really smooth and very drinkable, one I'll be doing again!

Popped in the local co-op and saw 1l cartons of the children's drink 5 alive. Thought to myself, will this brew and at 29p a carton I thought id give it a go! 4 cartons straight into the dj, small bag of sugar, yeast and nutrients and off she went! Bubbling well this morning, so the waiting...

Well, me n the Mrs are enjoying this wine, very nice indeed, very smooth and ill be making it again!

Where is the best place for beer crates? I've asked friends who have pubs without success. I'd like to store my homebrew beers in a better way, not left on the sideboard at the wife's annoyance.

Yeah pectin haze I think, and solids I mean any particles that may have got through the filter (I have a banana wine which has sat in the dj since last autumn and has not cleared at all, I tried two doses of quikclear without success). I was just interested about combined yeast as low on my...
