    I pitched the yeast early sunday morning, so around 5 days, not long I know but it got down to 1020 pretty quick so made me think it was stuck??

    I used S-04, not sure what temp, it's sat on the dining room table however it has got quite a bit colder in there over the past couple of days!!! Maybe I should move it to the airing cupboard with another sachet of yeast????

    No bubbles, to be honest it looks like it has finished fermenting. However I thought it would have reached lower than 1020!!! Mashing temp was around 68 degrees but I lost 5 degrees over the 90 mins!!!!

    I forgot to take a reading at the start but it is still at 1042!!!! And on closer inspection there are white clumps suspended throughout the beer that I can see through the walls of the FV!!!! :(

    I used Safale S-04, the crust formed pretty soon but hasn't changed since. I guess I'll just leave it and hope for the best, I just thought it would ferment a bit more vigorously.
