    Hello everyone, how do I calculate the sugar in the apple Juice so I know roughly what extra sugar I need to add to get my desired abv. In the apple juice I have their is 27.8 grams for every 250ml. Im making a 1 gal batch Thanks Mart21

    Ok thanks for the help would one drop per bottle be sufficient, or I read some people use 1 1/2 or is that down to personal preference? Sorry about all the questions new to this.
