I would imagine flavour means that there isn't any honey in it just an artificial flavour of honey, which to my mind is disappointing.

Your post title just reminded me of all those carrots that were on the television the other night that were being dug over in a farmers field because either they were the wrong shape or surplus to requirements. I thought at the time why don't someone make carrot wine out of them surely there...

:doh: I started a St peter's Porter today and while reading the destructions I noticed there wasn't any mention of the powdered hop sachet. Nevertheless I've used it and put it in before adding the contents of the yeast packet.....have I done right? :whistle:

I can't really say but last evening [Saturday] it was a pint of my special Number 5 light beer [ yes I still do have some left ] a glass of home made Chardonnay and a glass of home made Zinfandel..

I've primed the barrel and it will sit silently awaiting my attention in about three months time.:nono: Its taken at least 3 weeks to reach its appointed FG.
