    Well I'm bottling tomorrow and 2 taster glasses tonight I'm quite happy. As you have said its quite fresh at the beginning and does need some bottle conditioning.

    So its been 24 hrs and iv got a tiny krausen on top of the brew. :( I was thinking id of seen something abit more active but no. So shall I give it another couple days then pitch fresh yeast ???? I dunno as iv never used harvested yeast.

    And if you buy kegs from Leyland homebrew their £6 a keg. Cheapest place iv found. You wont be disappointed with mini kegging.

    They are most definitely refillable. I wouldn't take notice of that. I buy kegs from here. http://www.leyland-home-brew.co.uk/party-star-deluxe-mini-keg-system-1007-p.asp If you use a keg with a tap ie using C02 once tapped into iv had beer stay fresh for a week
