Nothing wrong with priming a corny if you don't have gas. Leave it at room temp for a week though and purge it quickly after a few days to get rid of the O2 then put in the kegerator.

What Dennis said! You'll be looking at about a 4.8-5% bitter with those measurements depending on efficiency. Only thing I would change is just do a 60 min boil and you prob want about 30L pre boil vol to get your desired brew length!
