hi guys
i batch primed a wilkos cider kit yesterday (friday).i was going to bottle sunday but ive hurt my back. i think im looking at mon or tues before i can bottle (fingers crossed).am i ok to leave it so long and how long can i leave it before i have to bottle
thanks
steve

You should bottle as soon as you prime , the yeast starts straight away (ish) . I would now leave the batch to fully ferment out the extra priming sugar (only a few days ) and then redo the priming and bottle straight away . It will be fine with no problems as long as everything was clean and sterile .

so re-prime in a few days and bottle as usual. thats great news thought i had lost the brew.
thanks a lot for the help
