Hi guys I kegged my xmas stout 2 weeks ago so had a cheeky half before moving it to the shed but it smelt and tasted of pear drops :shock: has it gone off/become infected?
Leave it for a couple of more days where it is then move it to the garage :thumb:
It should be ok to move a bit as long as your carefull
and no idea on the imac :D
You can barrel without finings as given time it will probably clear on its own if not then use finings next time can't comment on using gelatine as a fining agent as i've never used it :D
I use one and it looses no temp over 90 mins if you put a sleeping bag over it but if i needed to replace it i would go with the coleman for the extra space :thumb:
