    Having a go at a Roaring Meg type of brew mashing as I type recipie is 4Kg MO 30g Northdown 7.6AA full boil 12g Northdown 7.6AA last 15 mins 1pkt Nottingham yeast Will post updates as I go and pics if camera charges in time.

    Finally got a fridge of freecycle :party: so I'm going to cold condition my last brew as I used S-05 and want to try and get it clear what temp do I need to get the fridge at and how long does it need to be conditioned for?
