Good info, suggests that there may be a wee whiff of fusel alcohol in the blueberry cider. It tastes pretty good but after reading this, it made me think - and propanol came to mind. Next time I need to be a little more careful with the temperature when the yeast goes in and thereafter.

I bet that it's not an easy thing to conquer. Not sure why, when your council tax pays for the supply of water, that they can get away with providing so many people with water they don't like, can't drink and don't like having to wash their socks in. Haven't worked out why people up here buy...
