    I added it to my last Makeson sweet stout....turned out wonderful. 2nd brew I left it out....its still fermenting so I can't yet say if theres any appreciable difference

    I prefer concrete floor to crash cooling, as the extra time it takes is beneficial in my mind.

    oooh done that a few times !! ha haaa. I once stood watching the temp guage for minutes wondering why it wasn't going up.................I was holding the probe in my hand at the time.... :lol:
