What a success with this one.
As you know my Nieve assessment was "I don't like the taste of the hops!" But as it's aged the hops taste has improved.
Tried a few bottles the other night and boy was it lovely.
Our lass liked it and she's usual ya red wine drinker.
Saying that the next morning I was a lil ropey
