Well I appear to have 3 stuck brews Porter at 1020 started at 1055 on its 3rd week now Blond at 1030 started at 1060 on its second week not that worried And a brown at 1020 started at 1055 into its 3rd week as well !!!!! have given all of them a shake / stir and moved them all to a warmer...

Can't see the steamer causing any problems to a cornie as when the breweries / soft drinks companies cleaned them they had a high pressure cleaner droped in them to clean them out this low pressure steamer should just do the sanitisation needed as well as shifting the more stubborn yeast that is...

Nice brew day mate yet another doing a New years day brew makes for 4 of us today then, Hope it tastes as good as the brew looked. May have to do a lager / pilsner myself soon while its cold enough to ferment at the low temps required.

Managed to get a little more wort than I bargined on 25 litres all in all but I did work on guess work for the batch sparge, Its got a gravity of 1046 so if I had boiled off the last few litres I would have hit my gravity spot on. Its all tucked up with a packet of Nottingham yeast in it sooo...
