    Well I appear to have 3 stuck brews Porter at 1020 started at 1055 on its 3rd week now Blond at 1030 started at 1060 on its second week not that worried And a brown at 1020 started at 1055 into its 3rd week as well !!!!! have given all of them a shake / stir and moved them all to a warmer...

    Nice brew day mate yet another doing a New years day brew makes for 4 of us today then, Hope it tastes as good as the brew looked. May have to do a lager / pilsner myself soon while its cold enough to ferment at the low temps required.
