With or with out hangover I shall brew.

Finishing the batch sparge at the moment, No pics again as the brewery is a right mess and I really need to get things sorted out in the garage.

Boil on just intime for the snow to arrive, Hope we get loads so I call in saying its to dangerous to drive :D

Edit coz I cant spell today. :P

Managed to get a little more wort than I bargined on 25 litres all in all but I did work on guess work for the batch sparge, Its got a gravity of 1046 so if I had boiled off the last few litres I would have hit my gravity spot on.

Its all tucked up with a packet of Nottingham yeast in it sooo hopefully a nice brew should ensue, Im going to give it 2 days in the house then out to the portch with it to brew slowley.

Planning on doing that hoegarden clone in 2 weeks or so well when I get an FV free.

Also going to have to get a christmas brew done soon so it gets time to condition as itl be a bit of a strong hoppy one wonder if I can get some all spice in it to give it the proper chrimbo feel so to speak.

Well, nearly a year down the line and this comes up in my search for a Lancaster Bomber clone......

How did it turn out Damfoose (if you can remember  )?
