    Wilkos FV

If you do what to drill out a hole for your airlock and find your hole is not quite true, a hot melt gun will make short work of any CO2 leakage.

    Wort Chiller Water

 You got some kinda water shortage in Yorkshire? ............. Seriously though, your right. We've had so much rain recently but that's not always the case ........... my meter will be spinning like a top!

    Imperial war Museum London

It's typical, I live in London and almost never take advantage of the brilliant things to offer (many of them free)

All set for BIAB, but no wort chiller.

I make as much ice as I can store. It does cool the wort a little but amazing how quick it melts. I think it's best to stand your pot in the sink, run water from tap for a few minutes ............. then stand in the ice.

    Ebay grrrr!

Some people do this when you get a bargain. I had a winning bid on a motorbike, I had a feeling it only needed a battery, nobody else bid so I got it for very little, Anyway, the guy wouldn't respond my emails and after a week I was palmed off with 'Oh yes, sorry it was stolen' Yeah right.

    My First Brew

I did a Coopers Lager for Mrs Pjam, it was the clearest beer I've ever done from without using a secondary FV! Not bad taste too. They often get good reviews I think.
