Just bottled this, and after necking the leftover 700ml (from 2 demis) fell asleep for an hour...It's quite strong! Tastes good though.

Per gallon: 875ml Suma, 500ml Morrison's cranberry, 2 tsp sweetener, tsp tannin, tsp nutrient, half pack (a) Young's cider yeast (b) Gervin GV1 red fruit wine yeast.
Dry ingredients mixed in bowl to reduce tannin clumping, funnelled to demi, then in with cranberry, Suma, 2l water (plenty of headspace), topped up with water after 5 days.

NB It's deliberately strong, it's a special for my 60th in April. Didn't expect it to knock me out that easily though. But mid-day drinking always hits me harder...

Apple juice concentrate, available from hippyfood shops. For drinking as juice, normally diluted 1 to 7ish. For cider I dilute it less. You can get much more actual apple into a gallon by using it, though it unavoidably ups the sugar content at the same time. And it has an excellent flavour and is spot-on for acidity.
