Also Kegged the latest Schwarzbier before brewing.finished at 1.011 for 5.3%. Happy with the initial flavours, will have a month of lagering at 1c now.

Belgian pale brew went well at the weekend and the starter of Ardennes yeast did the trick..72% done after a day 🚀. Hit the pre boil gravity but was a couple of points short on the OG 🤷🏻‍♂️ Most of my beers usually ferment a point or two below target so should probably finish around the same ABV.

Built up a starter of Wyeast Ardennes for this weekends traditional Belgian pale. Took a 3rd of the starter to freeze and will add the rest for another starter for this weekend.
