Have a Belgian Blonde sitting in the cooler which was brewed with the Belgian yeast,looks good,nice colour . Smelled very strong whilst fermenting but no nasty aromas when bottling.
Beer is fine.They got picky at my main post office some weeks ago and told me no.Had a massive row,went back a day later and had no problem.Posted my secret santa and there was some consternation as to wether i could send it,after plenty of hum and hah by the staff it went ok.:twisted:

Just make sure you have a couple of readings the same before you bottle.
I leave my bottles at room temperature,whatever that may be,they usually carb up fine within 10 days or so,then stick em in my cooler for another 10 days or so.:thumb:
Been using the Crisp pale(uncrushed) from Geterbrewed mainly as it was a cheaper option than some other malts on their site.Found it to be fine.:thumb:

I do a mix of a/g biab brews and partial mash's using both/either spray malt and h and b liquid malt and have produced some nice beers with partial mashing.:thumb:

early taster was very good,not too much of a smack in the gob from the hops,nice head,clear as a bell and good colour.
