How do they know it went straight to Birmingham if not tracked??? They didn't send it out. Parcels don't just get left in a mail centre with an address on Unlike Hermes, DPD etc we dont leave mail undelivered

I work for Royal Mail as a postman. I call BS on your parcel being stuck in Birmingham since October. Do you have a tracking number Only time parcels get stuck in a place is if the customer hasn't collected a parcel after a P739 card is posted
