Doing GH Nelson today but tinkering a bit as will add a little more at flameout. I want to get the full benefit of the Nelson Sauvin flavours as a hop. Sat in the morning sun waiting for water to get to mash temp.

I think the plot of land camp idea is fab. Could shift the locations year on year . Perhaps do the first one central UK somewhere. Big beer tent. Bbq’s. Few comps. What a blast ?

Went out playing Snooker last night, only semi decent thing was John Smiths and that was pretty crap ! So was the quality of snooker as it happens !
