    Wilkos pilsner how long?

    I'd try and leave it for 14 days or so. If you have a hydrometer, use it to check the beer has finished working. I.e. the gravity is the same for 3 days or so.

    Went off like a rocket for the first two days. Things have calmed down a bit now. John Bull IPA is now conditioning in bottles out in the shed. Will wait a couple of weeks before sampling that.

    Four? Jesus, we have one 'little darling' and I've put put the kibosh on any more. We seem to have a good week then a bad fortnight at present. Sleeping through the night for the good week, screaming through the night for the bad fortnight. Luckily there's another 'young dad' in the office...

    Hi all, New to this forum, been brewing on and off for a couple of years and still learning with each new attempt. Only used kits so far, however I would like to learn how to brew from scratch. SWMBO puts up with my brewing as she enjoys a beer almost as much as me. Cheers Stan
