    55 year school reunion beer.

I have nothing against lager, millions of people enjoy it, but I'm a hophead so in comparison it's a lot blowsy for me. There will be John Smiths Smooth on tapclapa. All my old school chums are all hard as nails, we all played rugby, boxed and did cross country running in the snow etc. We all...

Do you consider this Home Brewing?

Initially I thought it might spark off some interest in someone to look further into home brewing, then I think after they taste it the taste would probably put the "brewer" off homebrew for life, if not beer for life:vomitintoilet:

    Santa's wish list 2018

One son is buying me 10 x 25kg of uncrushed malt from Fawcett's. Minimum order but well under half price of the home brew shops. The other son Gift vouchers from The Malt Miller. The wife is buying me an Aston Martin so I can get to the pub quicker. That's me sorted.

Lager? Wash your mouth out! It has to be 6% though, so it will need some flavour. Could do 2 different brews. A lighter one for the boys still wearing shorts (You know the ones I mean:doh:). and a 6%er.

    55 year school reunion beer.

To be called obviously "6 of the Best". I plan to brew early enough to let the beer mature for 6 weeks then massively...

    John from N. Yorks.

I started brewing whilst at college 46 years ago. I started again for a short while with BIAB. I got serious about five years ago with a 46 litre AG brewery, due to the fact I have two very thirsty sons! We all love hops and I brew mainly APA's, IPA's and best bitters. I built a hopback out of...
