    When to replace co2 bottle?

With liquid co2, when it hits the red your on vapours, doesn't move much beforehand. I weighed my latest bottle full to know how much left down the line. Fairly cheap so I'd rather waste a few pounds worth than run out as my closest is 45min away, i was panicking in first lockdown ;)

    So who's growing chillies 2021?

I candied some Jalapeno the other week (bought as I'm in UK) after seeing a recipe on line, they shrank a lot but are very moreish, good in a sandwich.

    Hello from Oxfordshire

Welcome from Brackleyshire, spitting distance (a term that will probably die out following COVID). I'd like to have a go at a few different German and Belgian beers this year. Always have a Heffe on hand and have made a couple of golden Belgian ales.

    Beer Glasses ?

Recycling centres are open. Loads of the usual glasses but I've picked up these for between 50p and £1

    Grain mill drill

That's what I use although before that I used a 10.8v Dewalt, was plenty powerful enough. The price of decent cordless has come down so much in recent years. SDS inefficient for anything but masonry or chisel use.

Anyone got one of these wort chillers?

You can make one from £20 worth of copper pipe. That one is like the first I made and I found it too long as a third was sticking out the top of my wort. Where are you, someone may have one to sell.

    Boots Homebrew

Slightly later pedigree but essential for that homebrew twang (preset at 23°C). Have a old hydrometer that's only a couple of points out too although I may have unknowingly washed it in too hot water. Handy for when someone breaks one mid ferment.

    Homemade auto siphon?

I keep my starsan in a 5l ashbeck bottle and simply twist the hose into it with dip tube at the end (it's a silicone one so quite flexible), cap and give it a swill to coat. When ready I pull out with my finger on the dip tube and it's ready filled with enough starsan to start the siphon.

    Dry Voss Kveik from Lallemand

Looks to be down to 1.010 from 1.048. Will swap it out tomorrow and get the lager back in to start finishing off. Has anyone good results from repitching this one?

    Dry Voss Kveik from Lallemand

Resurecting an old thread. What's everyone's experience on keeping it warm once you reach fg? Normally I'd keep a beer in the fridge for 2 weeks but would like to get my lager back in to ramp up (garage was at 12° so decided to get a quick brew in the fridge) I brewed and pitched Saturday...
