Hi guys,
Probably the wrong place for this, but why are beer glasses SO expensive ?
Anyone know where they can be got for cheap(ISH) price's ?

Could you give us some idea of what type of glass's you are looking for and how many of each.
Any really, craft beer, Belgium type pint glass. Singles, pairs OR somewhere you can mix styles. Mainly have to buy 4/6 of the same type. Got the usual Carling, Stella, Hobgoblin bottle & glass Christmas gift sets.

Thank you All for replying.

Didn't think of charity shops, probably as there ALL shut.
Thanks

Recycling centres are open. Loads of the usual glasses but I've picked up these for between 50p and £1

I've been to so many beer festivals that I've got more pints and half pints than I know what to do with. What I can't find for love nor money is the wheat beer glass the same shape as the Erdinger glass, or decent pilsner glasses.

Try Wilko for pint glasses (50p to £1 each) and I found some of the dimpled pint glasses with handles at Boyes.

As mentioned above, the Range used to be cheap but keep changing the products. You used to be able to buy glasses singly but last time I looked they seemed to be in packs of 4/6.

Same here, ive got about 50 beer fest third/half pint glasses. The closest I got to finding an erdinger glass was in the adnams brewery shop.

The range had a wheat beer glass as well but it's not quite the right shape.

The right shape seems to be elusive!

Don't mind paying £2/£3 per glass, maybe a little more if it's what I'm after but everyone I see is £6+ each.
I guess I'm just a bit of a Scrooge.

I wanted a Speiglau glass and ended up paying £18 for a pair from Amazon, they are really nice though, have to clean carefully as very delicate.
