    Who has got 1 and what is every1s take on them. I have 1 with a 40l buffalo and i think there brill. I do have a few issues but nothing big. Any body got any good tips and what not.

    Well this is my first time doing a stout so i just lobbed a bottle in. I only used that syrup as i got it cheap from work. Alot of people use treacle in stout i would think the stuff you put in coffee would be ok too

    Last 10 mins of the boil draw some of the boiling wort off into a pan and mix it in with that then add it back in this stops it sinking and scorching

    40l buffalo all in 1 ish

    Its 7l from base of the boiler to bottom of basket. I have been considering the full volume mash or add 7l to my calculated strike water and then work the sparge water out from that. Thanks for the help any help as always is appreciated
