It's a bit of a faff shifting the FV when it is bottling time, weight more than anything plus you need to be careful for it not to slosh around. I usually plan ahead a few days and carefully move it ready for bottling day and stick it on a stand that I made that props the one end up to tilt it...

I get the feeling I am on the slippery slope too. I'm already scouring Facebook and eBay for something suitable or a Keezer, plus I'm thinking I'll need another keg now even though I am about 3 or 4 weeks away from putting beer in the one I have just got.

Thinking about it, would it be worse to have a full keg but an empty gas bottle?

I'm a corny newbie and was thinking about this the other day. Logic tells me that I should perhaps have a piece of paper next to my keg to cross off pints as I work my way through, but I know that isn't going to be used after 2 or 3 pints in on an evening.
