Excellent service from Brewkegtap!

I hope this is in the right thread, if not please feel free to move as appropriate mods.

Decided to add another keg to my existing kit but, because I already had purchased one of their manifolds and the kit they had advertised on their website contained some bits I didnt need, I followed the advice from here and emailed Jonny at Brewkegtap directly to ask his advice on exactly which items I needed. He got back to me extremely promptly (over the weekend as well, wasn’t expecting this to so dont push it folks, everyone needs a break! ) and he also dealt with a couple of subsequent queries promptly and helpfully as well.

So (another) big thumbs up for Jonny at Brewkegtap- fantastic service and quality of products that I highly recommend!

Same here. My corny key starter kit turned up last week. I spoke to Jonny about 3 or 4 weeks ago and he explained stuff to me and gave some advice, and said the website would be updated with a pre-order option as they were out of regulators which were on their way from Italy. Order done and a couple of courtesy emails during the wait with and update, and then one to say it would be shipped the next day.

A great quality kit well packaged. I just need to get a brew on now as my CO2 is arriving tomorrow, so fizzy water for the next few weeks it is

Oh, and he uses DPD so another thumbs up.

Thumbs up from me as well. Pre-ordered a 2 corny keg starter kit. I was kept informed of status and it was shipped when stated. Great quality as well.
