    Hi. What are you brewing?, it is probably got to ferment more. My kits IPA etc usually take around 16/17 days to ensure fermentation has finished. Cheers Stevie

    Hi Im no pro, but i have made a few decent Solomon Grundy kits 30 bottle kits (although you only get around 28 bottles). They cost around 32 quid. Not sure if they come in Raspberry or Strawberry, i dont think so. These Solomon kits are really straight forward to do. Cheers Stevie

    Hi Ive read on here that folk have used kits that are years out of date, perhaps a year aint so bad if its all sealed properly. I switched to bottles from a keg as my keg did not carb up my beer on one occasion, which ive read can be a problem as they are not always airtight. Not had a problem...

    Aye, remember them. Used to buy NME also. Was sad to see NME end up being given away for free towards the end of its life. Was a great mag in its time.

    Was great eh!!. Bought my lad a turntable for Crimbo, gave him my small collection. Mainly Madness and a load of singles that you used to get free with Sounds magazine. Oh to be young again!!

    Found the airlock cap blows off numerous times whilst doing this kit, my thermometer strip reads around 24*, even at that temp takes about 17/18 days to ferment.
