Does anyone know much about Edinburgh water or where I can find some info? I’ve mainly brewed kits with a few stove top 5 gallon AG with Ashbeck and would rather use tap water with a campden tablet with my new AG journey.

Mine arrived this evening, going to visit the brewstore in Edinburgh tomorrow and see what I can buy. Need some malt for a Nelson smash.

Whilst looking online at different grain malts I found there are lots of company’s producing the same malt, e.g. Crisp, Simpson’s and Warminster all producing Maris Otter. So are some companies better than others? Do any of you stay with a ‘brand’ or just go with the best deal at the time?

Certainly tastes NEIPAish, I know the colours not quite right but tastes great. Kind of like Northern Monk Faith. But darker.

Visited Stewart’s today to take advantage of their birthday offer and picked up four of these. Limited run which I thought was on draught only, pleased to see it cans. Very pleased in fact. Excellent beer they should be thinking about brewing again.
